Who we are
We are an education consultancy that helps students apply to universities in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information you submit through this form.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, city, postcode and UK immigration status, the level of study, university, location and any course you are interested in, and the name and number of the person who referred you. We also record the date of your submission.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your application and to guide you through applying to a university. We also use the referral details to credit the agent who introduced you to us.
Who we share it with
The referral partner and agent who introduced you can see that you applied, your name, your chosen level of study, and the date you applied. Where we submit an application on your behalf, we share the details you provide with the relevant university. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we are actively supporting your application, and for a limited period afterwards for our records. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details on our website. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
